Bullying is the deliberate and intentional desire to hurt or frighten another person or group less powerful than the bully. Many of us may have experienced bullying and know how damaging it can be to our self-esteem and confidence. But there are better ways to communicate, this Australian-made, curriculum fit programme explores various ideas and strategies that young people can adopt to boost resilience, assertiveness and self esteem. Areas covered include personal identity; the temptation of bullying; cyber bullying; being yourself and your place in the world. This program also includes interviews with two Psychologists and dramatised scenarios to generate class discussion.
