Calculating Volume

An understanding of the volume of spaces is an essential skill for working in construction. This video explains the basic formula for volume and how it can be applied to easily calculate the amount of concrete needed for a house foundation by breaking down an irregular shape into smaller regular shapes. This is a valuable resource for vocational learners interested in joining the construction industry or anyone needing to practise their numeracy skills.
