This article explains how to configure the ClickView Library Manager and ClickView Library Server to access the internet via your school's proxy server.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the ClickView Library Manager or Server. Click on "Tools" from the top menu and choose "Options".
A window named "ClickView Library Server Options" will appear.
Check the "Access the internet using an HTTP proxy server" box. This will enable the other elements on the window.
Fill in the "Address:" box and "Port:" settings. If required, type in the username and password.
Continue by pressing the "Test Proxy Connection" button.
If you don't know your proxy settings, ask your network administrator for assistance.
If you have typed in the correct settings, you will receive the following message:
Press "OK" to confirm the changes and close the configuration.
The ClickView Library Manager will now access the internet through the defined internet proxy server. If you require further assistance in relation to this process, please contact ClickView Support.
