Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the ClickView Library Manager.
2. Select a folder to add the image collection into, and right-click it. Choose "New Image Collection" from the drop-down menu.

   

   If you cannot see the "New Image Collection" option, open the ClickView Library Server. Click "Tools" and "Options". Make sure the "Image Collections" option is checked in the "Supported Media Types" frame. Click "Apply" to finalise the changes.

   

3. A new dialogue window will appear. Fill in any necessary information that you wish to include with the image collection and press "Ok".

   Note: Setting a password to an image collection assures that only users who have this password will be able to view the collection.



4. You will notice that an image collection file has been added to the folder (distinguishable by the modified icon). Click on this file.



5. At the moment the image collection is empty, it must be populated with images. To add an image, click the "Add" button in the "Images" menu. This evokes a browser window. Navigate to a folder with images. Select multiple image files by holding the "Shift" key on the keyboard. When you are satisfied with your selection click "Open". ClickView take a moment to add the images to the library.

   

   

6. The "Images" menu is now filled with images. The window in the top right-hand corner of the application displays the images.

   

   The navigation controls at the bottom of this window are used to scroll through the images in the collection. These controls also allow you to rotate the image clockwise or anti-clockwise, note that ClickView will display the pictures in the perspective which is set using these controls.

   

7. Images can also be removed from the collection using the "Delete" button, utilising the "Shift" key will once again allow you to select multiple files for deletion. Or simply right-click an image from the "Images" menu and choose "Delete Image".

   

   Note: You can also add resources to image collections just like video collections. Simply click the "Add" button in the "Image Resources" menu.
