1. Open the ClickView Library Server/Manager. Choose "Tools" from the top menu and select "Podcast Manager".

   

   If you cannot see the "Podcast Manager" option, open the ClickView Library Server. Click "Tools" and "Options". Make sure the "Audio" option is checked in the "Supported Media Types" frame. Click "Apply" to finalise the changes. Restart 'Step1'.



2. Copy the URL address of the podcast you wish to download and paste it into the text box at the top of the application. Click "Add Channel". The channel is now added to the "Channels List".

   

   If you cannot connect to the internet, it could be due to the fact that you have not configured your proxy server settings. Click the following link to resolve this issue: http://www.clickview.com.au/support/view_knowledge.php?knowledge_id=86

3. Click on the channel. A list of all available episodes can be viewed below it.



4. Click on the podcast you wish add to your Library. Then select the folder in your library where you wish to import this podcast, and select 'Import'.



5. Once the import has completed, the podcast is added to your selected folder.

   You can now access the podcasts via the ClickView Player.
