Introduction
In order for Teachers to have full control of the ClickView Player whilst using an interactive whiteboard, the computer's Video hardware acceleration needs to be reduced.
Step-by-Step Instructions
From control panels select "Display Properties"
Select "Settings"
Select "Advanced"
From "Troubleshoot" reduce the "Hardware Acceleration" to the level depicted below:
If problems persist, simply further reduce the level of Hardware Acceleration.
