ClickView Library Server 1.6.0 (or above) is able to output a simple data feed depicting the contents of the ClickView Library Server for reference by other applications such as learning managements systems and library cataloguing systems.
To access the ClickView Library Server Data Feeder select the "Tools" menu and click on "Data Feeder Options...".

Select the data feed type and filenames of XML data to export the ClickView Library Server database into. Every 24 hours, between 12:00am and 1:00am, the ClickView Library Server Data Feeder will synchronise the contents of XML files with the latest collection of items within the ClickView Library Server.
The ClickView Library Data Feeder can generate simple XML or valid MARC XML data. By default the simple XML conversion will export to ClickViewDataFeed.xml and the MARC XML data will be exported to ClickViewDataFeedMARC.xml.
Click on the "Apply" or "OK" buttons to save the settings.

Linking SCIS Records with ClickView Videos
SCIS Records for ClickView Digital Video Library titles include ClickView Global ID values. These Global ID values can be matched to a video within the ClickView Data Feeder. The corresponding WebStartURL value can then be used to access the video.
It is important to note that the WebStartURL for a video will differ between schools, whilst the GlobalID will be consistent between schools.
