If the ClickView Library Server is installed on a computer with two or more network cards or has a Network Card with more than one IP address , The ClickView Library Server will by default select the primary network card/IP address to listen for requests from client ClickView Players.

If the primary network card/IP address is not the network card connected to the LAN where the ClickView Players are located, then the requests for videos will not be served.
