Using The ClickView Player Command Line Parameters

The ClickView Player has several command line parameters that can be used to integrate it with other applications and the Windows operating system.
The ClickView Player 1.3 can be invoked with the following options through the command line.
-v [Video ID]
-r [Resource Filename]
-p [Password]
-a [IP Address]
-i
The first two parameters option are used to either play a video or open a resource file. They will allow a video or resource file to be downloaded and opened without needing to open the ClickView user interface. The video will be played through the ClickView video player and the resource file will be opened by the appropriate application. Thus they can accessed indirectly through other applications whilst still benefitting from the security and file transfer mechanisms provided by the ClickView System.
The necessary IDs, as stored in the ClickView Library Server, will need to be known before-hand in order to use these options.
The -r option will download and open the resource file defined by the parameter. The filename consists of the resource file ID and the file extension. This is equivalent to selecting a video and double clicking on a resource file in the ClickView Player. This option can be used to open any resource file from the ClickView Library Server without needing to start the ClickView Player.
