The process of transferring your ClickView Library Server to a different server can be carried out by following these steps:
*WARNING* - Do not remove anything from your existing ClickView Library Server until you have confirmed that the transfer process has been successful.
- Install the ClickView Library Server onto the new server PC.
- Register the ClickView Library Server using the same licence name and licence key.
- Move the ClickView database to the new server, by copying the CVDB.mdb file from the old server to the new server location (replacing the empty CVDB.mdb file which was created during the new installation process).
- Transfer the Cache, Files, Audio, Images, LearningObjects, Resources, Subtitles, and CoverImages directories from the old server to the new server hence replacing the existing instances of these directories (which should be empty).
NOTE: If your Library Server data is stored in a different location, please copy these folders from that location to the new server.

- Once the files have been transferred successfully, go to the new ClickView Library Server installation folder and run the file 'UninstallClickViewService.exe'.
A Command window will open up briefly and close once it has completed the task.
Then, still in the ClickView Library Server installation folder, select and run the file 'InstallClickViewService.exe'.
Again this will open up a Command window briefly and close once it has completed the task.

- Ensure that the new ClickView Library Server now contains an exact replica of the original ClickView Library Server. Use the ClickView Player application to ensure that the ClickView Library Server is able to successfully serve these videos on-request. Once this has been confirmed, it is now safe to remove the ClickView Library Server data from your old server.
