Known Issues:
- On Windows Vista systems only, when trying to add WMV & AVI files into ClickView Library Server Via the ClickView Digital Video Recorder you may experience an error relating to the " MP3 Bitrate " when trying to complete "Step 3" currently there is no work around for this error.
- When uploading to the ClickView Exchange Server Via Port 80 you may experience a delay in the file being available online or some problems uploading correctly. This is due to the way some Proxy Servers handle outgoing traffic.
