Using ClickView Library Manager 1.7 (or above) you can now create a key in Software\Clickview\ClickView Library called LearningObjectsDatapath to customise the location of the Learning Object cache.
Open the Registry by clicking start -> run and typing "regedit".
Navigate to the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\ClickView\ClickView Library
On the right side, right click the background and select New -> String Value.
Enter LearningObjectsDataPath.
Double click to modify this value and enter the new location to store the Learning Objects cache.
If the path doesn't exist then the Learning Objects Manager will default back to %temp%\ClickView\LOManager
