There is currently a issue with Windows XP Service Pack 3 and the Hauppauge Nova-T 500 video capture card drivers that will cause the computer to blue screen.

This article explains how to uninstall Microsoft Windows XP SP3 on ClickView Library Manager computers and ClickView 24-7.

Step 1: Open Add/Remove Programs

Go to Start, click Run, then type APPWIZ.CPL, and then press ENTER.

Then click OK

Note: Uninstalling Windows Updates may cause problems with your PC. ClickView strongly recommends you ask your IT staff uninstall Microsoft Windows XP SP3 for you.

Step 2: Uninstall Microsoft Windows XP SP3

Locate and select Windows XP Service Pack 3, click Remove

Follow the prompts to uninstall Windows XP Service Pack 3.
