This article covers the updating and registration of the ClickView Dump (cvdump.ax) file for use with ClickView Library Manager v1.6.4.

When running ClickView Digital Video Recorder or ClickView 24-7 Manager within the ClickView Library Manager application you may receive one of the following errors.

Solution 1:

Download and install the latest update for ClickView Library Manager from our downloads page

Solution 2:

To manually update and register the latest ClickView dump file please follow the steps below:

1. Download the following zip file - cvdump_Fix.zip
2. Open the zip file and run Uninstall cvdump.bat
3. Open the Run prompt (Start > Run) and type in %SystemRoot%\system32 then click 'OK'
4. Copy the cvdump.ax file you just downloaded into the system32 folder
5. Run the Install cvdump.bat file
