If you experience the "ClickView Player encountered an error reading the config file. Error -3911." error.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Find the ClickView Player application in your "Applications" folder

2. Right click on the the ClickView Player application , then click on "Show Package Contents" in the menu. (To right-click with a single button mouse, just hold down the control button while clicking)

   

3. This should open up a new window, go into the Contents folder, then right-click on the "Resources" folder and click on "Get Info" in the menu
4. Now make sure that you can "Read & Write" to the current folder. You may have to unlock the padlock and change the current owner if you still cannot "Read & Write" to the folder.

   

5. Click on "Apply to enclosed items" after you've finished changing the permissions, and try running ClickView Player again.
