
- Channel selection: selects the digital television channel you want to browse the available recordings from
- Available recordings: shows the recording archive stored on the ClickView 24-7
- Launch show finder: opens the selected day’s recordings to be accessed in the Show Finder
- Conversion queue: shows the programmes that are currently being added to the ClickView Library Server
- Video settings: allows you to configure your DivX recording settings

METHOD 1: Electronic Programme Guide
Use the drop down box in the Title field in the Programme Metadata to automatically select a programme.
METHOD 2: Manual Browse
Available recordings: the full extent of captured recordings available for the chosen day/time period
Video selection: movable slide bar - click and drag each point to define the start and end points of the programme you are looking for
Video viewer: displays the video - when you click on the start of the video selection bar, this frame of video is displayed. Conversely, when you click on the end of the video selection bar, this video frame is displayed. That way you can fine tune the start and end points of the programme more effectively.

- Video selection: start and end sliders that define the start and end points of the programme you want to extract

- Video selection edit: scroll to set the points at which you wish to add break points
- Insert break point: used to add break points in the video selection
Programme metadata: add/edit the metadata for the chosen programme
- Excluded video: the red video segments are not included in the final programme to be added
- Included video: the green video segments are included in the final programme to be added (displayed as individual chapters)

Inserting metadata for the selected programme is easy. Simply enter the information you want to be displayed in the ClickView Library Server in the spaces provided in the Show Finder. When you are happy with the information, click OK.
Once the programme has been extracted from ClickView 24-7 and added to the ClickView Library Server, the metadata can be edited at any time in the ClickView Library Manager.

After you have selected a programme and edited it in the Show Finder, it will appear in the list of available programmes on the ClickView 24-7 Manager. To add a programme to your ClickView Library Server, click the programme you wish to add, then press the “Add to Library” button.

When you "find" a show using the Show Finder, it not only appears in your list of available programmes in your ClickView 24-7 Manager, but it may also be visible to other schools in your broadcast region. These shows can also be added to your ClickView Library Server by clicking "Add to Library".
